Tribute to "Cowboy Bebop"

Why “Cowboy Bebop”?

Because it is such a beautiful anime show and an interesting story to see. Also, I am a fan of post-apocalyptic fiction.

I think it is enough to prove my point why I have decided to make my personal CG project a tribute to this wonderful anime show created by Shinichiro Watanabe.

My main goal was not only to recreate the original spaceship control panel unit from the show but also to add my own touch to the design and overall visual look.

I personally think that my first attempt at shading and lighting was poor and did not resemble the atmosphere of the show (you can find the images in my "3D experiments" section).

This time my goal was to create a clean and slightly worn out control panel unit with a small amount of the details of the damage.

Bonus: For those who have watched all the "Cowboy Bebop" episodes, you will recognize this smiley face on the computer screen and will understand the meaning for such dramatic red lighting.

Thank you so much!

My role: Sketching, 3D modeling, lighting, texturing and post-production.

Software: Cinema 4D (Octane), Photoshop.
